Switch from bay build assembly to a paced one-piece flow line (IT)

Project description

Conversion of the existing bay build assembly into a paced one-piece flow assembly line with 12 workstations
Fixed cycle time of 8 minutes and standardized processes through work instructions
Integration of the entire material flow and logistics into a Kanban system for controlled material supply
Reduction and elimination of intermediate buffers to cut WIP and lead times and save floor space
New line layout including conveyor technology and building services adjustments (electrical, data and compressed air connections)
